  • When do I receive my order?
    For domestic USA orders take 1-3 business days to process your order and usually ship within 3-5 business days. For Canada orders can take anywhere between 6-20 business days depending on the shipping option. *Please note due to COVID-19 there may be delays.   • Where do you ship from?
    All our orders are shipped from California, USA.
  • What is your shipment method?
    All our packages are shipped with tracking through USPS.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    We ship to all countries except the United Kingdom. Please note, we are not responsible for any duties or fees due at your package's arrival. As soon as your package is dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for any lost packages and will not be able to replace or refund your order. Please be aware that with any packages shipped outside of the US there may be a customs fee that you are responsible for.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    There are no returns or exchanges. However if your product is damaged or lost please contact us at and we will assist you with any issues there. Please note, that any lost international packages will not be replaced or refunded. If it is an individual item, please email us and we will review your case.
  • Can I cancel/change my order?

  • What do I do if my order is lost?
    We are not liable for lost orders and deliveries. We will try to assist you as best as possible at however, once you receive a tracking number we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • What do I do if my order is damaged?
    All our items are packed in perfect condition, but we understand items may get damaged during transit. For surface damage (the product is still useable), we may offer partial refunds on a case by case basis. For items that are completely damaged we may offer full refunds and if possible, exchanges. When contacting us at, please include your order number in the subject line and proof of the damage in your e-mail. Failure to include this necessary information will result in slower processing times.
