When do I receive my order?


It takes 1-3 business days to process your order and usually ships within 3-5 business days. *Please note due to COVID-19 there may be delays. If you do not receive an order after 2 weeks please contact us at hello@oorichingoo.com




Where do you ship from?


All our orders are shipped from California, USA.




What is your shipment method?


All our packages are shipped with tracking through USPS.




Do you ship worldwide?


At the moment we only ship within the United States.




What is your return and exchange policy?


There are no returns or exchanges. However if your product is damaged or lost please contact us at hello@oorichingoo.com and we will assist you with any issues there.




Can I cancel/change my order?


Typically we cannot cancel or change your order but if you have any concerns about your order please contact us at hello@oorichingoo.com

What currency do you use?


All our products are listed in USD.




What do I do if my order is damaged?


All our items are packed in perfect condition, but we understand items may get damaged during transit. For surface damage (the product is still useable), we may offer partial refunds on a case by case basis. For items that are completely damaged we may offer full refunds and if possible, exchanges. When contacting usat hello@oorichingoo.com, please include your order number in the subject line and proof of the damage in your e-mail. Failure to include this necessary information will result in slower processing times.
